Alpine Rehab & Performance (ABN 57 506 331 551) collects personal information so it can provide personal training services and respond to enquiries. This page explains what is collected and how it is handled.
What is collected
When you enquire or book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb you would like to train in, and whatever you choose to tell us about your health history, medications, injuries and goals.
Health information is collected only because it is necessary to program training safely. It is treated as sensitive information and is not used for any other purpose.
How it is used
To contact you about your enquiry, to write and adjust your program, to keep a record of your baseline and retest results, and to arrange sessions and payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, unless you ask us to — for example, if you would like your program discussed with your GP or physiotherapist, or if you are referred on to one. Service providers used to run the business, such as the booking and payment systems, may process your details on our behalf.
Storage and security
Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Reasonable steps are taken to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@alpinerehab.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how a privacy concern is handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
